Bulked up Bullies is proud to introduce to you our Durio Style Bulldog , a Durio Style Bulldog is our version of an true eighteenth century Bulldog. The modern Olde English Bulldogge was developed by crossing a English Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier and a Mastiff. This breed was created to produce a healthier Bulldog while keeping all the bully features that people love without the English Bulldog health issues. This moderen Olde English Bulldogge was thought to be a recreation of the original Bulldog. Herms and Leavitt are just two of the popular lines of Olde English Bulldogge, although they are really nice style Bulldogges they were not what we wanted. The Mastiff and American Bulldog can really be seen in these two lines as well as other popular line of Oldes. Most that we came across were tall and lacked the look of the original 18th century Bulldog and we wanted something different than this. What we set out to do was to recreate the original Bulldog of old, the eighteenth century Bulldog! We wanted a shorter more compact dog with a wider chest and shoulders, so we went back to it's roots to create our line . We have chosen the very best Bulldog freaks for our program, we would not settle for anything less! Durio Style Bulldogs are registered with IOEBA (International Olde English Bulldogge Association) . We approached this registry with our plan of producing a shorter, more extreme, freaky style of Olde Bulldog and they thought it was a great ideal and agreed to register our creation! We have a plan and a purpose with our Durio Style Bulldog, that plan is to produce the best Bulldogs in the world today!! Just as the creators of the Shorty Bull or Mini Bull, Jamie Sweet and Amy Krogman did their own thing with the Shorty Bull and created a new breed, we have created our version of the eighteenth century Bulldog. We have produced superior results that are simply phenomenal!! We are still in the developmental stage and we are by no means done with the creation of our Durio Style Bulldog, we will add the very best Bulldogs to our Foundation program and create a line of Bulls that are beyond belief!! The Bulldogs that we will produce will be the most extreme specimens of dogs that will simply blow you away!! No tall, long legged weak chested dogs here, our Bulldogs will be freaky and wide!!!
